Our Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy at Moraine Therapy is conducted 1:1 in-person at our Walnut Creek office, or via HIPPA compliant telehealth platform. Individual sessions are 50 minutes long, giving individuals time to explore their emotional experience, examine current coping tools, and learn new skills.
Family Therapy
Family work is an integral component to working with minor child or teen clients. This combination of individual work with kids, parent coaching sessions and family work is tailored to the families’ needs. These sessions can either be 50 or 90 minutes.
Parent Coaching
Parent coaching occurs without the child/teen present. This work supports parents who want to learn communication tools and behavior modification to address a variety of challenging child or teen behaviors. These in-person or virtual sessions can be 50 or 90 minutes.
Couples Therapy
Growing and strengthening your relationship takes work. Invest 50 or 90 minutes into improving your communication with your partner either in-person or via telehealth.

Behavior Analysis and Modification
Behavior Analysis and Modification teaches you how to increase adaptive behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors using positive reinforcement principles.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy provides skills and tools to increase mindfulness, improve relational skills, regulate your emotions and tolerate distress.
